Current Executive Members

Leadership within AFS is built on volunteer service and accountability. Our association is led by a team of elected officers, chosen by members through a transparent and democratic process. These officers commit their time, energy, and expertise to ensure that the affairs of the association are managed effectively and responsibly. The leadership team includes the Chairman/President, Vice Chair, General Secretary, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Public Relations Officer, Welfare Officer, Provost, and Cultural Department Head, among others as needed. Each officer serves for a fixed term of three years, after which a new election is held according to the provisions of our constitution.

After every election, AFS publishes the names and official contact details of its serving executives for the benefit of members and the public. For transparency and continuity, we also maintain an archive of past executive teams. We list their terms of service and highlight their key achievements. These may include organizing successful cultural days, summer grill party, Christmas party, hosting charity and fundraising drives, conducting youth empowerment workshops, and ensuring accurate financial audits.
